This privacy policy applies to The Ultimate Performer app and website operated by Danny Jones Coaching FZCO, trading as The Performance Coach, registered in the UAE (app.theperformancecoach.ae).

What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address, name, and mobile number (collected at point of purchase via Stripe for account and billing purposes)
- Password (encrypted, we never see it in plain text)
- Programme data you enter — your why statement, reflection answers, sleep targets, weekly plan, and recovery commitments
- Progress data — body weight logs, exercise logs, energy and sleep ratings
Information collected automatically:
- Basic usage data to keep the app functioning (via Supabase)
We do not collect your name, phone number, address, payment details, or any financial information. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and we never see or store your card details.
Apple HealthKit Data
With your permission, the app reads step count data from Apple HealthKit. This data is displayed within the app to track your daily activity. It is never stored on our servers, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising or any purpose beyond showing it to you inside the app. You can revoke this permission at any time in iPhone Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
How We Use Your Information
- To give you access to the programme you purchased
- To save and sync your progress across devices
- To send you password reset emails when requested
- To contact you if there is an issue with your account
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Third Party Services
We use the following trusted services to operate the app:
Supabase — stores your account and programme data securely. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. supabase.com/privacy
Stripe — handles all payments. Name and mobile number collected at checkout are used for billing and account identification purposes only. We never see or store your card details. stripe.com/privacy
YouTube — used to deliver video content within the app. YouTube may set cookies when you play a video. policies.google.com/privacy
Calendly — used for booking coaching calls. calendly.com/privacy
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely via Supabase on encrypted servers. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email danny@theperformancecoach.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
Children
This app is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
